Surfside Resort is perfectly equipped to handle your fishing weekend. We are located right next door to Lake Lytle, one of Rockaway Beach’s prime fishing spots. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout from mid-March until early May. You’ll find a boat launch and fishing dock on the north end of the lake near 12^th Avenue, right near Surfside Resort.

Other nearby lakes include Neodonna Lake, Spring Lake, Crescent Lake, Smith Lake and Lake Marie. Lake Lytle may be the biggest, but they are all worth checking out. Or, just a few miles north is the great Nehalem River, offering prime Chinook salmon, Steelhead and even summer Chinook.

You'll be directly in front of the water with an unbroken view, parallel with our 7 mile long sandy beach.

CONDO DESCRIPTION

Windows on the Sea is beautifully furnished in a modern but comfortable style.

The vacation rental features two bedrooms with quality king beds. Both have firm mattresses with pillowtops and 550 thread-count double-ply linens. Two luxurious marble and tile baths have glass-enclosed walk-in showers, plus a large soaking tub in the master bath.

Cook and sip in a gourmet kitchen with all new stainless appliances while enjoying the view. Barstools line the kitchen island, and there's a round glass-top dining table next to the deck windows.

The condo includes a 42” Vizio LCD TV with HD satellite (including HBO and Showtime) and Blu-ray/DVD player, along with free wireless internet so you can be as connected as you want to be. There's also a large library of CDs, DVDs, books, games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

The ground floor is the parking level, giving the condos above elevated views.

Windows on the Sea is on the top floor with vaulted ceilings and long views all the way up and down Rockaway’s amazing 7 mile sandy beach. You see the Nehalem Bay jetty to the north with Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain looming behind it, and the Twin Rocks with the Tillamook Bay jetty and Cape Meares beyond it to the south.

Windows on the Sea has its own private elevator*, and a cart to help you easily bring your things up in one quick trip. There's also a stairway for those who prefer. *Elevator is occasionally down for service.
